9 other manly men eventually joined YHC at Town Center to start off their week right. 2 of them opted for running so when the clock 0530 the rest of the PAX stuck around to see what YHC had not posted on Slack the night before. It went like this…
Extinction Mile
5-10-15-20 Squats
20-15-10-5 L’s
Start with 5 reps of the first exercise and 20 reps of the second and then run to the stop sign and back, approximately .08 mile. Then follow the above rep sequence with a run to the stop sign and back between each. After finishing all the reps run the 1/2 mile Extinction Loop and then start on the next set of exercises using the same rep sequence.
2nd exercises: HR Mericans and Flutter Kicks
3rd exercises: Mountain Climbers and Low Dollys
Finish up around 0615 and run the Extinction Mile again.

—-For Banjo Boy’s wife and in-laws after the death of his father-in-law.
MOLESKIN
—-The highlight for me of COT was one of the ladies that runs Town Center came running by as we were counting off. Now these ladies encourage us as much as we encourage them. YHC told her to say her name and age and she said she’d be proud to. She said today was her 57th birthday so we sang Happy Birthday to her. She then took off running again.
—-Othello and Peppa were leading the way and according to Othello’s Strava they got almost 5 miles.
—-Wexler rolled in on Wexler time which seemed to give Papa John someone to hang with.
—-Great to see Gapper at Circuit Breaker and he definitely showed how sneaky fast he was on the back stretch of that last Extinction Mile.
—-DT and Starsky were out there getting in the miles anyway they could. Way to go gentlemen!!!
—-Tbone and Clueless went out and got a quick 5 miles in. Great work fellas!!!
