The beauty of Circuit Breaker is you know what you’re getting into before you post. That can be a good thing or a bad thing. 5 other men saw the post on Slack last night and posted anyways. Here’s what they did.

Warm up – Extinction Mile

40 Squats

30 Hand release ‘Mericans

20 Burpees

• Thanks for coming out! An honor to lead.
• I knew that would really suck, but I thought the suck wouldn’t happen until about mid-way through round 3. It was more like middle of round 2.
• All PAX completed 4 rounds. Exit 54 completed 5 and added another mile run on to the end for good measure.
