MOLESKINE:
In recent months, YHC has grown very fond of the Circuit Breaker workout. Good spaces, lots of options, everyone stays together, and really strikes a good balance of physical and mental challenge. I hadn’t Q’d this one yet though, and wanted to mix in a new wrinkle for my debut. I decided on Bear Crawls in the two stairwells, with a reverse option thrown in there for anyone who wanted something new. The PAX were undaunted and made it happen whichever way they could to get the top. No falls, no broken faces – just a lot of sweat left behind.
LOTS of shoulder work for this one. As we headed out for the final Extinction Mile i told @Kojak and @10-Cent that we may not have done the Murph today, but I still felt like I had. Come out tomorrow for another @SSMinnow-led beatdown at the Ridge.
