5 joined YHC for a village party and here’s what went down…

Mosey to random parking lot near closed pharmacy for 20 SSH’s IC, 15 Hillbillies IC, Arm circles….mosey to village park

concession stand – 35 squats
train station – 25 LBC’s IC
merry-go-round – 15 down dog merks
playground – 5 pull-ups

Rinse and repeat for 3ish times and then did 25 monkey humpers at concession stand, 25 low flutters IC at train station , 15 merks at merry-go-round, and kept the pull-ups. Mosey long way back to the parking deck for 15 plate curls and skull crushers…then one sprint up the ramp…repeato twice

Prayers/announcements: the Burgh is having a party and providing all food, drinks, beer, liquor, etc…should be fun. Continued prayers for pax and any all injuries and grandmaster has a possible job change

Moleskin: nice group that could’ve even been better had risky and squid not slept in. MQ was a no show and not sure where he was but apparently Sir Topham had recently been tortured on a treadmill so he’s forgiven. We almost all ran the 5k just because but opted for coffee instead.
