10 other dudes joined YHC in the crisp gloom to keep the birthday theme going.  YHC is leading at a different AO each day after his 49th birthday this past weekend.  YHC didn’t think that the temps would almost match his age but figured once we got moving it wouldn’t matter.  The clock hit 0530 and after a disclaimer-ish, off we went.  It went kinda like this…..

THE THANG

Grab a block and head to the stairs. 7 Squrls at the bottom, run to the top, and 7 burpees.  Back to the bottom and repeato for 7 rounds.

 

Return the blocks and head to the tennis courts.  4 pullups and 9 atomic crunches and then a lap around the courts.  Repeato for 3 rounds.

—-The Respects and Almosts were leading the way.  Well except for Loveboat and he’s just not going to slow down.

—-The pullups were an on the fly call since YHC knew they’d be MASH approved.

—-For whoever is in charge of the block inventory you can deduct one from the count, courtesy of Talladega.  Heard someone say he just ripped it in half.

—-Great to see Sausage and Bullseye back out in the Gloom and staying with it.

—-Hopefully Grassy Knoll is working on his plan to launch F3 Japan ????????.

—-Ticonderoga rolled out of the Toyota ready to work.  Figured he wouldn’t mind the block work.
