7 men posted to 30 degrees with a brisk breeze to make it 22 on the last Saturday in January.  Pax were anxious to see what was ahead of them since it was postponed the prior Saturday.

Mosey up the deck to level 5, making sure not to fall on the way there, and back down to level 1 for warm-up.

Warm-up: 25 SSH’s IC, 20 IST’s IC, 10 slow BSN’s IC and some arm circles

Thang: Suicide/stack the deck of sorts

Level 1: 5 Burpees
Level 2: 10 core killers
Level 3: 15 down dog merks
Level 4: 20 Freddy merks IC
Level 5: 25 squats

Level 1 up to 2 and then back to 1 to repeat level 1 and then up to level 3 but stop at 2 on way back up..repeato until you reach level 5.  After round complete start over but drop level 1 and now level 2 is start point. Continue until Mary called.

Mary called at 0755…Mary: dying cockroaches, Freddy merks, LBC’s, hello dollies, and low flutters…all 10 IC

Prayers/praises/announcements: Al & Keith for Covid battle. Hip’s wife Sharon as she undergoes her Breast cancer battle. Habitat for Humanity in February.
Moleskin: been a minute since QIC has been here and weather hasn’t helped….always good to be back and see everyone’s faces and enjoy some good coffee time…still don’t think my nephew has ever posted on a Saturday, even for me 🙁
