Dressed for summertime, 4 pax joined YHC for another gloomfest in downtown Kannapolis. 66 Degrees & Windy.

What went down –
Indian run to the RCCC parking lot and “tower” hill
COP – Hillbillies 12X, Loose change 12X, Mountain Climbers 12X

In pairs, carry out the following exercises, one man works while the other runs to the end of the parking lot and back, then they switch, until total reps reached.
200 Merkins
150 reverse crunches
100 lunges (both legs – 1 lunge)
Between each set, bear crawl over tower hill to other side of parking lot.

Using parking lot lines, perform a burpie on each line (again in pairs, one works while the other runs 1 lap around the lot, then trading off) until Q stops it.

run back to AO for mary – brogah until time is called.
Count off, Name-O-Rama, Prayer – Coffee.
