4th annual CSAUP event named in honor of our departed brother, GREMLIN

When:

0600 – 1200 – Rain or Shine, Heat or Cold
0530 – Arrive/Sign-in
0600-1200: The Thang
1200-?: Recover-Recover, Refreshments, 2nd F

Where:  Veterans Memorial Park, Mint Hill, NC

Why:
Gremlin passed away after a F3 Mint Hill running workout on January 13, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Tonya, and three daughters: Sophia, Gabrielle and Alina. Rick was a UNCC alumni and member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.  This CSAUP (Completely Stupid and Utterly Pointless) event, is in his honor and will forever memorialize his name. In true Gremlin style, it will be the toughest thing you will love to do with 100+ of your closest, sweaty F3 Brothers.
