Mosey to Epworth Methodist church on Burrage for the first ever beatdown YHC remembers there….

4 corners of Church plus front awning
10 squats at far front corner of church, go up by 2 each time
5 burpees at rear corner of church, go up by 1 each time
10 V-ups at other rear corner of church, go up by 2 each time
10 merkins at other front corner of church, go up by 2 each time
30 sec plank at front awning of church, go up 5 seconds each time
Rinse and repeat until time called

Prayers/announcements: Hillbilly next Thursday at 0600 at YHC’s house, sign up online.  Prayers for family of Chicken Little, late 20’s pax from Race City AO (Mooresville), that was a Marine who took his own life on Veteran’s day last week.  Prayers for all who go through depression, especially around the holidays.

Moleskin:
An entertaining morning to say the least as in an unusual turn of events all 11 pax stayed together through the entire workout.  Despite all of the chatter we made it up to 20 reps on everything (10 reps for burpees) plus a 1 minute plank to finish off the plank station.  Got in almost 3 miles so was a good beatdown to start the week off.

Pretty sure everyone wanted to stay together to discuss a crazy concert that involved peeing and as you can imagine the conversation can take some exciting turns from there, which of course it did…ripe for a Tombstone conversation.  More debating among pax in regards if the M’s really want to know what we talk about while not only working out but especially at coffee…Safest answer is probably always sports. 10 for coffee plus we broke out the patio heater for the first time.
