Man down…lost our brother Cat to his calf/achilles so he made his way back to OCT for weight work…the remainder 8 moseyed to 5th/3rd for the Thang.

THANG Part Uno: 10-1 ladder beginning at bottom of lot.
1 Freddy Merk IC
Quadrophelia halfway up lot then regular run to top for:
10 Down Dog Merks
Rinse and repeat until reached 10 freddy merks IC and 1 Down Dog Merk

Mosey to Coltrane Webb Track for second ladder: 10-1 Ladder (Catfish joined us here)
10 pull-ups, run a lap
1 Core killer, run a lap
Rinse and repeat until Q says…Q stopped pax around halfway point
Mosey back to OCT…stopping briefly for 20 dips on Charlotte’s wall

Rinse and repeat one more time

Prayers/Announcements: Prayers for Wham’s upcoming daughter, Olivia, that is due in 2 weeks.  Prayers for Catfish’s grandmother Margaret and his parents that are taking care of her.  Praise/prayer as Trick Daddy is back from Brazil and for the furthering of GOD’s work in Brazil.

Moleskin:
Despite some who had concerns about a weak showing at OCT due to the MQ being in Tiger Town YHC was not really concerned about attendance and pax came through on a nice saturday beatdown crew.  Pax got in over 3.5 miles on top of all of the body work so was a nice full body beatdown so we could all eat/drink whatever we wanted for the rest of the weekend.  Great to have Trick Daddy back in the US.
