9/29 is pretty much a day I always sign up to Q early in January as I run through significant dates.  My mother turns 75 today and is still going strong, amazing woman and I’m proud to call her mom.  It’s Wednesday, so its running or rucking.  The latter for YHC this go round.  10 men today, which is three more than the last two days combined, we will take it.

• Prayers for Jimmy Buffett’s 5 year old undergoing multiple blood transfusions for Anemia.  We are here for you brother.
• Prayers for Col Olson – Parkinson’s.
• Prayers for my friend James’ son Nolan undergoing chemo and surgery over the next 6+months.
• Praise for my awesome mom on her special day.

Moleskin:

• Apparently more than a few pax have a Life Alert schedule on Wednesday and need to skedaddle quickly – I blame the short culdesac ruck detour for our tardiness
• In case you haven’t been scoring at home, if Soprano or Love Seat are ever in charge of the route, it’s going to be the P, every, single, time.  We might need to stage a rebellion and run the greenway sometime to make sure it is still there.
• Glad to have Pork Chop out with us as apparently our website is accurate.  He hails originally from Wilmington, but now is in West Palm Beach.  No F3 there, but he said he has some fellas he works out with…sounds like F3 in the making.  Come back anytime PC.
• Apparently Pork Chop is not a slow fella, glad Hot Pack had somebody to run with
• Glad also that Manwich brought a headlamp as apparently unfinished neighborhoods don’t have lights, who knew?
