THE THANG:

YHC officially welcomed everyone to the Powerball Lottery Beatdown.

Located inside a bucket were 20 Lottery balls.  Each ball contained an exercise and rep number.  The PAX lined across the parking lot and rotated running to the bucket to “randomly” pull out a ball, calling out the exercise and reps.  PAX complete the exercise immediately, with limited down-time as much as possible.  The Lottery included the following 20 sets:

• 5 Burpees
• 7 Burpees
• 10 Burpees
• 10 Merkins
• 15 Merkins
• 20 Carolina Dry-Docks
• 10 Wide Merkins
• 5 Diamond Merkins
• 15 Air Squats
• 20 Air Squats
• 5 Jump Squats
• 10 Jump Squats
• 15 Side Straddle Hops
• 20 Side Straddle Hops
• 10 Plank-Jacks
• 20 Plank-Jacks
• 10 Lunges (each leg)
• 20 Mountain Climbers
• 10 Reverse Crunches
• 10 Freddy Mercury’s

Mosey to the big rock and back after each circuit.  Circuit #2, we move the lined to the farther goal, extending the distance to the buckets.  We made it partially through a third circuit, due to some shenanigans (I.e. Welsh Dragons, Spiderman crawls…).  Furthermore, a few PAX who will remain nameless decided to give us extra work by pulling from the incorrect bucket and thus required extra sets.
