1. Great work. Would have been easy to sleep in today…and many did. As a side note, apparently giving the “strong” reaction to the pre-blast in no way implies you’ll be there.
2. I believe everyone got 4-5 rounds, so 4.3-4.9 miles plus the 400-500 reps. This group definitely keeps getting faster.
3. Tclaps to the speed runners out at the track as well (Exit, Bonvoy and Pocahontas) and another sole runner who battled his alarm clock this morning but still made it out (TBone).
4. Guest visit at coffee as well (SS Minnow). Check out his post on the 3rd F channel if you haven’t already.
5. Great to hear of the Talladega Family Vacation – 2 weeks, 6500+ miles, a few Arch selfies, a deleted Apple Maps app and a couple laundry mat receipts later, and he’s got some great stories.
6. Pocahontas has the back-to-back Qs next two days. Wednesday is a no-brainer, but I suspect there will be some running tomorrow as well.

Cheers!
