After a rousing and inspiring speech by YHC, 14 men took off in the gloom this morning to tackle the hills of Abbington.  There was a lot of great work out there today. We had over achievers who started early, a couple that wanted to ruck it out and a bunch of guys giving it their all to conquer these hills.  As always, I am impressed to be around a group of men who push themselves and subsequently push each other to be better.

Continued prayers for @Teenspirit @Bigbird, and @Birdcage father Allen as they continue to recover.

@dicktracy shared that his 16yo daughter Lele has arthroscopic surgery on her knee tomorrow and she is also facing some additional surgeries on her legs in the future. Please keep DT and his family in your thoughts.
