9 men were greeted to swamp Brazilian like weather on a Saturday morning.

YHC and Sir Topham pulled a fast one on the pax as Sir Topham was supposed to Q but we pulled the switch-a-roo to which Squid shouted out “Oh crap” and off we were.

Mosey to flag pole for SSH’s x 25 IC, Hillbillies x 15 IC, Slow BSN’s x10 IC, Mtn Climbers x 20 IC.

Mosey to Village park for the Thang….Squid was worried about the Murph but YHC had other things in mind.

Circuit
Playground: 10 pull-ups (go down by 1 each time)
Merry go round: 10 dips (up by 2 each time)
Stage: broad jump burpees across
Concession stand: 10 core killers (up by 2 each time)
Train Station: 10 Mike tysons (up by 2 each time)

Time called to head back around 0650ish and arrived back right on time with no time for Mary.

Prayers/announcements: Sister finds out if pregnant from IVF on Monday, prayers for victims in Miami and Rock Hill from fallout with officer shooting.

Moleskin: thanks for Toppy for letting me take this since it’s been about a month since I’ve been able to make it out there. Great push by all, especially Snowman and Hemi, with the horrid weather conditions as most got between 4-6 circuits completed.  Got in over 4 miles plus all the circuit work. Good group and discussions at coffee too.
