16 men decided to get better on a muggy Tuesday morning beatdown….here’s how it went

Mosey from AO at 0530 sharp with an immediate game of frogger across lake concord and then onto some frogger at branchview to make it to the hill at Calvary.

Warm-up…who needs one after a couple of games of frogger

The Thang: 10-1 ladder with pitstop
10 down dog merks at bottom of hill….mosey up steep hill and stop halfway do 10 freddy merks IC…complete run up hill and perform 1 star jump…rinse and repeat until done or time called. Time called around 0600ish.  Arrived back at AO approx 0606 and most pax thought mary was about to happen…YHC called audible and made everyone got to the pull-up bar for a quick 10 pull-ups and then to Mary.

Prayers/Praises: Prayers for Baby William(Popeye’s nephew) as he continues to get stronger in the hospital…Prayers for Marlboro’s brother-in-law as he recovers from a car wreck…Prayers for TJ’s heart transplant…Praises for Scooter’s daughter as she got her Assoc Degree…and prayers/praises for Phidip and his accomplishment of the Run/Ruck for Autism.

Moleskin: Another fantastic muggy morning…lots of whining and chatter about not having a warm-up…who needs a warm-up when you start out with a couple of games of frogger, especially branchview as that road gets your attention and the blood flowing.  Fortunately we all came out unscathed even-though Mayweather tried to flirt with a car early on but thank goodness he’s dropped some LB’s lately so the car missed him.  Forgot how terrible that hill can be since it’s been awhile since we’ve been there.  Was shocked to hear Java had never been there but of course he ran up it like a gazelle so it didnt’ seem to bother him.  Good to have Phidip back out after his month long race.
