Gob Squat x 10
Swing x 20
Halo x 7 each direction

Line up looking across lot and:

Set 1:
(each set only one arm, switch arms at next line)
– Lawn mower pull x 10
– 1 arm high pull x 10
– 1 arm shrug x 10
– (clean with 1 arm to rack position) goblet squat x 10
– Clean & Press x 5 – on 5 carry overhead to next line

Go all the way across and back — Q Edit – This was way too hard for me to do, once we got across the lot, we changed to:

Set 2:
KB Swing x 10
Curls x 10
Overhead Press x 10
Walking curl to next parking space – repeat across lot

Set 3:
Mosey to pull ups bars for:
10s hang, 1 pull up
5 dips / 10 curb dips (+100 to @HotWheels for the idea of doing them on a cinderblock on the curb so that the curb version isn’t a 1-2 inch motion!)
Repeato 2 times

Set 4:
Mosey to Benches for:
Jump Ups x 10
Derkins x 10
Incline Merkins x 10

Set 5:
10 goblet squats
Lunge walk to next line
-Repeato for 2 parking lines then turn around and repeato back to the starting point

Set 6:
Lat Pull over x 10
Skull Crusher x 10
Chest Press x 20

Repeat Set 3

Russian LBC x 20
KB Windshield Wiper x 7ea side
Reverse Straight Leg Crunch x 10
Pretzel Stick x 10 each side
Homer to Marge
Plank with merkin and downward dog

Thanks for joining me this warm and humid morning, men! Glad to lead. @HotWheels insists we did set 1 across the parking lot and back… I appreciate the belief that I was that strong, but I was too weak and made up the Set 2 to do something else!
