Waking up Momma Charlotte

Warm-o-Rama at OCT: shoulder circles; windmills; soldier boy kicks; walk-out merks; and, a bunch of damn yappin’
Thang One:  Native American Run (0-2 burpees pick by each pax respectively) from OCT, up-and-down both decks, Carolina Courts and back to OCT
Thang Two: 10 burpees and mosey around the “square” cycle a few times and woke-up Mrs Tombstone (aka Momma Charlotte) who was attempting to enjoy a well-needed and deserved rest after a wild and exhausting night w the ever-sexy and virile hubby,Tombstone
Thang Three: half-ass block work and various audibles by various pax
-15 pax posted on a cool, awesomely beautiful Saturday primavera AM– all was wonderful but for some bitchin’ about constant movement and burpees

-big shout-out to First Base, an actual Myrtle Beach native and current resident, visiting Concord for a vacay (Concord Mills, What-a-Burger, wth??)— he stayed hard and kept mouth shut unlike Tombstone, Dr Firechicken, et al

-Dr Hops and Dr Firechicken been staying busy on their golf games mimicking the tandem of Dr Doolitttle (aka Dr Mike Robinson) and Indy (Dr Tom Jones)
-we woke-up Momma Charlotte w jog around the “square”– must have been Cat’s voice talking about car loans, fireworks, his rescued kitty,Taco, murdering various small animals or his palace in-the-making somewhere far away in rural eastern-Rowan County
-I think it’s safe to say that Grover has retired or quit F3– too much work and vacay– we miss you, bro
-thoughts and prayers for the ultimate “stay hard” RESPECT, Phidip, as he’s begun a damn arduous, noble and inspirational journey across the state to help those w autism
-substantial complaining about amount of jogging plus burpees: sorry for absence of monkey-humpers, firemen carries, sled, and other nonsense

Thanks for leading me.  I am coming out of the darkness… light is good—many thanks to my f3 brothers, family and Him whom I surely don’t deserve, but desperately clutch for mercy, grace and loving adoption.
