I only know one way to Q Broga McStretchy Pants. I know there are other ways but this one always works for me and despite mumblechatter to the contrary 😉 it always seems popular by the end.
We did 25 minutes of targeted flow to warm up the trunk and lower body before moving to targeted lower body deep stretches. Good times were had. Even Delta enjoyed it despite one Tom Petty song in the playlist. 👍🏼
