The Thang 

checking out new AOs on the weekend can have some beneficial effects. Meet new Pax, change of scenery, longer BDs. The list goes on. There can also be a downside, such as learning a new exercise. One particular exercise I picked up over the weekend had the perfect combination of cool name and high degree of suck. Ya’ll can thank Kojack next time you see him for introducing me to the murder bunny. For those of you old enough, I couldn’t stop thinking of The Monty Python and The Holy Grail as soon as I heard of this one. No laughing here though, only low back and quad pain. We each gathered a block and headed to the teacher lot for some bunny work

• each Pax lined up at far end of lot. Performed 10 Murder bunnies and then 1 man maker
• Continued the entire length of lot and added a MM for every 10 MB
• 10MB 1MM, 10MB 2MM, 10MB 3MM….took four sets to one end and returned to start for another 4 totaling 8MM
• Partner up for some Dora style. P1 exercise. P2 run to end of lot return quadraphelia
  • 100 curls
  • 150 bent over rows
• Return of the Rabbits. Same set up as above. 10MB 5 squats with block to and fro across the teacher lot again
• One last Dora
  • 100 overhead presses.

Namarama/COT/Moleskin

• No rabbits were harmed but quit a few blocks did not make it. It’s possible there may have been some hidden intentions to lighten the load as the MB marathon progressed, but we’ll never know. Strong work by all. MBs are a quad killer and some Low back pain can’t be avoided.
• Welcome SLURPEE! Former FNG Levin named by Pox. Some great name suggestions were floated and pops came through at the end with the final decree.
• Prayers for Thomas and his fight with cancer, Recovering PAX, and all those affected by the severe weather yesterday and for those in its path today
• special thanks to Steel Kannon for brining extra blocks so no Pax would go without.
