The 3 amigos arrived for some M3.  A slight drizzle, but nothing to worry about.  Disclaimer given.

Warmarama:  Customary mosey through the lot with warm up movements.  SSH. WM. IST. PP. Alabama Ass Kickers (new one here, not bad.)

M1:  No KBs needed, just your bodyweight.  This was a brutal 12 minute tabata that will likely have us all walking like a baby giraffe today.  Low Surrenders and Penny Pickups will likely be making more gloom appearances.

M2: No British porn stached YouTuber per usual.  Just some old favorites from YHC that focused on the hips, glutes and hammies.

M3: Sweet Spot

COT:  Prayers for AA (KW’s 2.0,) Soprano, Detention’s parents dealing with COVID, Mental health that we all are dealing with.  Wishing a Heavenly birthday to Schnitzel’s dad who would have been 100 today, you are missed.

Moleskin:  My Dad’s birthday is on Sunday, so we observed it today.  He has been on our prayer list for what seems like my entire time in F3.  I’ll count that as a good thing as he still around to pray for.  Love you, Dad.  Have a great weekend.
