On this dreary morning 2 Hard Chargers joined YHC at The Sandlot for a tour of the AO.  The clock hit 0630 and no other cars in the lot so off we went.  Things went like this………

THE THANG

PAX took a tour stopping at different spots and doing various exercises such as different forms of Merkins and Lunges.

–Still impressed by how a young man like Chitlin is willing to get up early and come work out.  I really have to tip my hat to him because that wouldn’t have been me at his age.

–D-Day just kept moving no matter what was thrown at him.

–Glad that the rain held off so we could venture out and visit some different parts of the AO.
