Chum and I show up first around 6:30. At 6:40 the rest of the pax start showing up. I see Othello’s car, then Bluecrush and BLC and Toughskins. After them comes Pantene, surprisingly early. Then Clover with Pudge and Chunk in tow, however IDK was a no-show. Then to everyone’s surprise, Steam Pipe shows up. However, Silas, HeadnShoulders, and Hot Corner are nowhere to be seen. So we make our way to the flags wondering where they may be.

Warm-up:

20 SSH

15 Windmills

10 In Cadence Merkins

After we finish up with the warm up we mosey down to the side gravel entrance to the park off Quail Ridge and down to the pull up bar. Neither Silas nor Hot Corner are in yet. Chum, Steam Pipe and Toughskins are still walking in and are not in sight, so I decide to start the workout because Chum knows what to do.

Main Thing:

Start at the pull up bar

1 pull up

Run to the bridge

2 Merkins

Run up the hill

3 Squats

Repeat this for 5 rounds and for each round multiply the original number of reps by the round number. When finished plank it up at the beginning and wait for the 6.

Othello decided to get a little bit rough and push Chunk into a ditch.

As everyone starts to head back to the flags Toughskins and Chum go with Steam Pipe and walk back with him. The rest of us take the long way back through the trail and up to the flags. When we get there we ping pong off of Steam Pipe and the flags. We all reach the flags with thirteen minutes for Mary.

Chum: Peter Parkers (Tried to push his limit and do another exercise)

Chunk: Superman (As if we weren’t wet enough.)

Pudge: Low dolly’s

Clover: Flutter (Again?)

BLC: Back Bridge? (I messed up the count on this one.)

After finding out that some workers came and helped Steam Pipe move the stuff out of his garage we decided to go to Vintners for coffeeteria. Disappointingly Silas and Hot Corner did not show. But, to our surprise, on our way to Vintners we saw little ol’ Silas running down the sidewalk. (Nice to see your determination to workout Silas)
