0515 YHC arrives and sees H&S ready for a pre-run.  I convince him to pre-run with me around the school so I can recon the route for the BD.  0.6mi-perfect!

0525 Get the flags out of the truck and plant them, quickly try to work the Bluetooth speaker for the Awesome BD Mix I have in store, run to the school to drop off said speaker and phone (containing the Awesome mix)

0529 Run back to the Flags, greet our two visitors from Waxhaw (Catfish and Possey).  Announce “ONE MINUTE!” and start the lousy disclaimer….

Warmorama

YHC led the Pax out the main entrance and to the left around the entire school property, back down the side entrance (gate) and through the FIRE LANE to end up in front of the school by the awning.  Once there we did..

The Thang

First, YHC turned on the Spotify music so all could hear the AWESOME 1974 Classic Rock mix (with commercials).  First tune was Sweet Home Alabama…brought a tear to my eye.

Do 25ea of above said exercise and then run a lap around the track (1/4 mile).  Rinse and Repeat (where were you Pantene!!??) until 0600.  P/U the 6, plank or peoples chair.

The group did a little L/R arm plank and then took off for the final run which mirrored the first.  We ended up by the flag for a little…..

1. Good to see Possey and Catfish from Waxhaw.  Come anytime brothers as you were strong today. We will try to open the lines of communication so that we can partner up on BD’s, etc in the future.  Glad that Delta was not present as he may have scared you off.  Don’t worry, he doesn’t read these BB’s.
2. H&S – you led the Pax to day.  Must have all of your strength from not posting on Monday 😉
3. Bluecrush – good to see you back from the beach, we are not allowed to run next to each other again as I think our speed increases every 50 steps to try to out run each other, AYE! We must have pulled a sub 7 coming around the school! OMG, but it was fun.
4. Steam Pipe – Good to see you back out brother!  Keep on posting and let’s get that knee back in shape.   **ATTENTION PAX** –  SP needs help Saturday after the BD to move some items from his Garage to a POD in his driveway.  Many hands make light work.  Skip coffeterria and come join us!  Rumor has it there may be coffee and donuts there for the helpers. 😉
5. Toughskins, Chum, Mogwai – Strong work today brothers, as usual.  I think Mogwai is getting faster…watch out!
