The Monday morning cruise is typically runner heavy and rucker light, but recently it has been all runners except for Iron City.  YHC intended to call out the ruckers on Sunday to see if we could get some support out in the gloom with Iron City, but forgot.  When YHC rolled in the parking lot, Zacchaeus and Iron City were present.  It looked like the potential for rain has scared away some the pax, but then they started trickling in.  First it was Terrible Towel… then Porto… then a text from Opie that he was coming.  In the end we had 3 runners and 3 ruckers, which was a good step toward the ruckers redeeming themselves for the recent sparse showings on Mondays.

YHC let the ruckers know that Opie was coming and off the runners went into the gloom of the park.  We keep it simple today… it was the standard route.  Pax got in 4-5+ miles and some good chatter.  The ruckers were at the park when we left and already back when we returned, so YHC assumes they did something.  A Strava audit later today may be needed to verify.

Strong work this morning men!  No better way to start your week.

PRAYERS

Prayers for Terrible Towels family regarding the loss of his great aunt.  We also ask for prayers for all those suffering at this time, a quick end to Covid-19, and an ongoing focus on what the Christmas season is all about.
