A trio of cruisers braved the morning chill to run the course of the annual (until this year) Run the Creek 5K. Among them was one of the course’s designers — Chowder — and Gordo, who was making good on his Slack HC from the day before.

The Thang: 

Out the main entrance from HCE and left on the parkway. Turn left onto Beauvista just before the waterfalls and take it back to the parkway. We added mileage by including all seven of the cul-de-sacs off Beauvista as well as the Skyline Drive loop. All told, about four and a half-ish.

Moleskin:

We doubled our numbers for the COT when Murdock, Brinkley, and Disaster showed up for their morning stroll.
