2020 has been…something. A lot of things have been cancelled and while races are low on the priority list, many haven’t done one in months.

Spartan Races is looking to create the largest Turkey Trot of all time this weekend, and they’ve asked us at F3 to help. The event will be $FREE.99, and you can even do it with others at 7 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 28) at Mallard Creek Community Park (MAP).

The event will be a either a 5k or a 10k, with pain stations scattered about. We will be using some of the recommended work from Spartan, and quite frankly YHC will be making up others.

Again, registration is free. Come out and bond with your brothers and work off some of that pie. Or free up space for more pie. Or both. Join the F3 MeCa team YHC set up.

There is a fundraising element involved, so do that if you feel so inclined. We aren’t identifying any single organization to do that for/with.
