The preblast went out Thursday night:

“Preblast for Friday, Halloween Eve: (read in the voice of Macho Man)

What a strong week of work we’ve had at the  Dawghouse, oh yeah.  @Honey Do led us off with solid concrete work, Then special guest Q @flipphone taught us a new route, oh yeah.  @Loveboat was up next and didn’t disappoint (except maybe with the Squirm, that’s probably why @F3Pharaoh  didn’t show Wednesday, he knew).  And today @Uecker drew a new picture and we got a second new running route for the week, oh yeah.

Well you better get to bed early tonight gentlemen, because we got one more beatdown to go, and we are going to end the month of October strong!  In fact, just go ahead and take some ibuprofen before you come.  OH YEAH!”

9 men took their ibuprofen and it went something like this:

Warmorama, 13 reps of each to kick off Halloween weekend.

Windmills

Arm circles

Go get a concrete block and bring it to the sidewalk.  Here’s what the beatdown looked like:

Suicides, 5 lines, 20 reps at each line for 100 reps of each.  Always come back to the baseline (Sidewalk) to do the first exercise.

Round 1 – Merkins & Pretzel Crunches(20 reps each side, their was definitely some mumblechatter about that call!)

Round 2 – Curls & LBCs

Round 3 – Tricep extensions & RBCs

Round 4 – Bent over rows & low flutters (got started on this round but didn’t finish)

Since there was plenty of Mary in the beatdown, the last 4 minutes were a deep stretch led by Loveboat.
