5 brothers opted for the later option and honored PFC Jacob Hancher(F3 Hightower) after he was taken too early from this world.  YHC is a LEO also so this hits me hard on multiple levels, losing a brother from 2 families in my life is tough.  It’s another reminder for us that are left to not take our lives for granted.  Live it one day at a time because that is all that is given.  It went like this…..

THE THANG

The PAX did an AMRAP based on the letters of Hightower’s birth name.  During this a 30lb ruck was rotated by the PAX.  The PAX would move approximately 100 meters with the ruck and do 15 reps of the called exercise and then move back to the start point.  Several rounds of curls and presses were done.  The PAX got through at least 2 rounds of the AMRAP.
