All The Dawg House Backblasts

September 9th, 2020 By Kojak

As YHC hopped in the ride to make the drive to the Dawghouse, this weird water was lightly falling from the sky.  Is this what they call rain??  Will it be raining at the Dawghouse?  The previous MQ could always guarantee that it doesn’t rain there but would this continue since he was no longer in power?  When YHC arrived at the AO there was no rain in sight so looked like these Dawgs would stay dry for now.  The cars kept rolling in and as the clock hit 0530 it was discovered that there was a FNG among us.  This was not an ordinary FNG though.  This FNG had already read the F3 manual, which was more than most of us PAX could say, because he has a friend who is in F3 Hickory.  Well since that was the case a disclaimer was given and off we went.  It went something like this…..

WARM-UP

Windmills

SSH

Toy Soldiers

IST

Mountain Climbers

10 Merkins OYO between each(The PAX was now 1/2 way to their daily goals.  The MQ would be proud).

THE THANG

YHC had a bag of numbered workouts so the FNG got to pick a number to decide the workout, to deflect some of the pain that was coming off of YHC.  The workout that the FNG picked was a good ol’ chipper workout.  Here’s the details:

100 Squats

90 WWII’s

80 Lunges(total)

70 Flutter Kicks(per leg)

60 Second Plank

50 Mountain Climbers(per leg)

40 Hand Release Merkins

30 Star Jumps

20 Split Squats(per leg)

10 Burpees

Fun with blocks:  Do 10 curls, presses, and flutter kicks with the block then drop the block and run to the fence and back.  Repeato until time was called.

PRAYERS

–For the school staffs and administrators going through this different school year.

–For all the friends and family that are going through different physical and health issues as well as loss.

MOLESKIN

–Welcome out FNG Jonathan!!!  He seemed to have a pretty good start on the physical part as well as the history part after he informed the PAX that he already read Freed to Lead.

–With the newly named Otto in the house, Loveboat finally wasn’t the youngest so he could now call someone else kid.  Think there was already talk of a race-off……

–Tugboat Willie had asked the day before about any running so the part at the end was for him.  You’re welcome teammate!!

–Pharaoh admitted during the Chipper about how he envisions some of the PAX sleeping??? #showtoknow

–Grassy Knoll did a good job of pushing Torch and keeping him working, which isn’t easy.

–Habs was breezing through the beatdown and don’t think he even broke a sweat.

–Rerun is getting back into tiptop shape so he’ll be lapping us soon enough.  Plus he got two PAX named this week.  Great Job on the EHing!!

–Pillow Talk was the only PAX that came prepared for the WWII’s.  Smart man.

–Greenwave was gettin’ it done out there today.  Guess he’s still got that VQ momentum.

–Uecker has the Q’s for the rest of the week so the PAX better tighten it up because it won’t get any easier than today.
