12 for Day 1 of Flip U
All Harrisburg BackblastsSeptember 7th, 2020
12 men weren’t afraid to put in some Labor even if they had the day off. Day 1 of YHCs Iron Q started out with a fantastic morning in the upper 50s. Everything is suddenly so much easier when you can breathe. Who knew??? All that time putting in work through the summer misery is about to pay off as we all suddenly get faster and start setting PRs.

Thanks for coming out this morning.
@BlackMarket is still learning how to work the alarm. Don’t worry, the first 15-20 minutes aren’t that important. The alarm is still a challenge, but the stretching he’s got down. T-claps on the yoga moves. Stretching is key.
@Kojak does everything faster than the rest of us. He can even count to 2 minutes faster than the group ahead. YHC may or may not have been with him using the same timer.
Strong work put in by the runners this morning also. @Clueless is going to be able to easily qualify for Boston after all this training with @Expresso.
@Tbone finally made a cameo appearance. Something about work and kids school schedules getting in the way. Blah, blah, blah, set some right priorities main. His coffee cup was free of pets this morning so he had that going.
@AlBundy and @BirdCage were putting in the work this morning. YHC saw them racing at least once. Not sure who won, but they are both getting faster than @SoloCup, who’s surely running *tenths* of miles up there in mountains while on vacation.
It’s always good when Coach @Tumbler is there to keep time and keep us minions in line.
@Deadhead was also back in action sporting the latest running gear fashion. If you find any LED visors, let me know. Is it bad if your Amazon wish list is reflective vests, blinky lights, running shoes, and visors? Asking for a friend.
@Koozie killed the warm up mile. He’s been pretending to run slower so that he can destroy us in the Laps4Hope race. We’re on to you man. It’s time to challenge @Wexler to a race. My money is on you.
