YHC literally ran to the AO arriving at precisely 0530 to find 2 more runners and 5 ruckers awaiting leadership. They were probably hoping for donuts actually but instead received a disclaimer and the ruckers were sent on their way. Typical greenway/neighborhood route with them hustling around the parking lot to achieve 3 miles. Impressive pace pushed by Chachi.

The runners headed to the track for some alternating 400/800 repeats with a 100 meter recovery in between each. Hot Pack claims he doesn’t enjoy 800s, YHC couldn’t tell based on his absurd pace.

Announcements included 2nd week of F3 Locust on Saturday and an Adopt-A-Stream effort hosted by Afton at Dorton Park. Beatdown at 0700 and park clean-up at 0815. Family friendly.

Additional prayers for those in the hurricanes’ paths, those impacted adversely by COVID and the unity/survival of this country in these divisive and troubling times.
