Doing the Hump!
All BackBlasts BackblastsAugust 8th, 2020
Today was the second Q of the week so, why not make it interesting. The Q showed up to see that several pax were ready and waiting and when it all started we had 20. The plan for the day was already set and the Q had some big fun planned for all. The time had come (7:00 a.m.) to get this party started so the disclaimer was given and hopefully received and this is what followed.

We had two FNG’S that needed their F3 names, so we did just that, we would like to introduce Inspector 12 and Diablo. Welcome to our F3 family
Moleskin – today was a blast and it is so cool to have 20 pax for a workout and I am blessed to have the ability to post and also lead. I am pretty sure that the nice folks of Mint Hill have never seen 20 grown men doing the Hump. We may show up on the news or in Othello’s new Jane Fonda workout video.
Prayers for Tough Skins and all of our educators and students.
