Today we 8 men showed up at a different location than our usual launch site.  The Q decided that it was a good idea to change things up and keep everyone in a safe place that also allowed for different running paces.  The venue was the Vet that allowed everyone to run at their desired pace and distance around the track inside the park. The track allowed for each pace group to run together and at the same time it allowed someone to change pace and run with someone else if they so desired.  The lousy disclaimer was given and off we went to the track and run until time elapsed at 6:10 a.m. and at that time regroup back at the flags.

The pace was perfect for each person and I did see that several changed running groups throughout the run.
