10 started off the new week the right way (and a few others just ran). It went something like this:
3/4 mile warm-up run
1 minute of Burpees
160m run
Repeat until you reach 50 Burpees total
1 minute of WWIIs
160m run
Repeat until you reach 50 WWIIs
1 minute of Hand Release Mericans
160m run
Repeat until you reach 100 Hand Release Mericans
1 minute of Air Squats
160m run
Repeat until you reach 100 Air Squats
If you finish all four exercises, start back at the top with Burpees
Continue until 0650, then a 3/4 mile cool-down run

1. Good showing this morning. Goal of these circuits is to keep pushing everyone beyond their limits by letting everyone go at their own pace.
2. Exit54 led the way, completing two full cycles plus an extra run. Kojak was close behind. Most of us were starting on the second round and probably got 3-3.5 miles in total.
3. As we passed one of the ladies, she yelled “looking good, guys!” I was feeling pretty good about myself until my good friend Wexler explained she was just doing her charitable work for the day – making an old, fat guy smile.
4. Strong work by all the runners as well. Clueless, Espresso and TBone out doing intervals and Sonic doing whatever Coach Tumbler planned for him. Wexler thought about joining them, but his “sheer velocity” had already caused his shoes to tear.
5. Couple future F3ers out there early this morning. Given their age, they couldn’t join us, but hopefully they’ll be back with their dad. Still, props to them for taking the initiative!
6. Still need a Q for this Saturday. Several guys may be heading out for the Albemarle launch, so need someone to step up to lead. Midland launches five weeks later.
Cheers!
