6 took the red pill and posted for YHC’s saturday beatdown, his first Q since moving into his new digs about 13-15 min away….

Thang Part 1:
Pick up a “dry” and non-smelling like urine iron plate as some fella it seems decided to relieve himself on them at some point…UGH
On bottom level of deck…20 curls, 20 skull crushers, & 1 burpee…
Run up to level 2, complete 2 burpees and back down to level 1 to rinse and repeat
After each set run up to next level up but pay your toll by still stopping on each level to complete that set of burpees again (i.e. 20 curls, 20 skull crushers, 1 burpee, run up to level 2 again and do 2 burps then on up to level 3 for 3 burps and back down to rinse and repeat)

Thang Part 2: return all piss plates to their urine filled spot and head towards the Cannon Baller stadium…don’t know the layout well enough to plan ahead yet so had to make up something fast…
Enter through main gate and YHC decides that pax will run down and up each stairway and complete 10 (left-right=1) freddy merks…it was at this point a gentleman was running by and none other than backdraft asked him to join us and he UNBELIEVABLY said yes to backdraft…so our 6 now became 7 and dude was legit as he quickly passed backdraft so we knew he fit in with us…We continued freddy merks until about halfway around and audibled to Dying cockroaches until we completed circuit…Mary called

Prayers/Praises: Gunny prayer for fellow fireman who lost his mother, couple of people we know dealing with cancer or potential of cancer, think there was another I’m forgetting but the LORD hasn’t, UNITY for this country…praise for Hurdle’s house being under contract above asking price

Moleskin: Really not that much further to Kannon from new the casa but all the additional stop lights definitely stink but will still plan to be there every Friday and Saturday that I’m in town….Word to the wise…check the iron plates carefully before picking up as there were a few that still had some relatively fresh urine on them this morning.  Maybe we should remove them from the corner in the stairwell since for some reason drunk and/or homeless people tend to pee on anything that’s in a corner, just a thought.  Props to Milton…FNG that joined us even though backdraft was the one who asked him….I’m certain I’ve spoken with him before…he’s 57 and in great shape and would become the eldest Kannon pax….FYI, he works for Duke energy and his wife and daughter own Nostalgia Hollow Coffee and Gift shop right up the street, due to hours we would only be able to visit them on Saturdays.  Sounds like he’s planning on coming back out…not sure of a name but he asked us not to call him Scooter while we were working out talking about all of our names….going to be kinda tough not to call him that now but up to the pax…I mentioned Segway as a close alternative.
