Today’s back blast from Lean Cuisine:

5 pax put #SYITG to the test with a wet Wednesday Cruise run.

The THANG:

3 of the 5 of the pax today (Soprano, Heatstroke, and myself) did a modified version of the “P” loop. The modification was that we ran to the so called haunted day care center first, hit the “P” loop, and then finished with a second trip to the haunted day care center. From here we went back to the meeting point. The remaining pax (Chachi and Sugar) did a ruck workout and they both said it went very well.

Our prayers today went out to the gentlemen that made it out this morning, the pax who did not make it out this morning, as well as everyone’s family and friends. Specifically, we prayed for the Lord to bless us with good health, wellness, and our safety during these troubling times the world faces. Thank you to those that made it out today and I hope to see you all out tomorrow. SYITG!!
