It came out of nowhere… it was a Sharknado

YHC had hoped we might make it to 20 this am, but was still happy to see 14 Dawgs in the gloom on this fine Friday morning. The final Dawg House beatdown of the week brought back Greenwave to the gloom (good to meet you brother) and our own local legend SS Minnow. YHC was still pondering how this beatdown would go this morning… then it hit me. I heard a little breeze pushing through the trees as I laid in the fartsack. That could only mean one thing. A Sharknado was headed our way.
It went something like this…
Warm-a-rama
Mosey a lap around the lot then head over to the stadium entrance and circle up

The pax fought hard for survival in this brutal storm. All made it out but 2, Turbine and Talladega got swept away at some point. Rumor was that they “had to go to work”.
When the weather calmed we headed to the front of the school
10 step-ups each leg and 20 dips OOO (x2)
Followed by People’s chair along the wall with
Air presses x20 IC and a little bonus time doing the mammogram (eyes open)
