YHC was glad to get back to some sense of normal by returning to where it all started for me. No matter where we’ve posted over the past few months, solo, virtual or the SIPO Gloom, it certainly wasn’t normal. But as the Men of F3 we got it done best we could.

Anyhoo, disclaimer given, a quick welcome to our Brother MC and we were off into the Real Gloom.

The Thang
<Mosey to the Old School for a bit for some fun with Numbers.

Round 1
Little Baby Hill Jacob's ladder – Burpees at the bottom with Quadraphelia back to the top after each set.

Round 2
The Fives
20 to 5 Planter step ups with a run to the light pole and back between. (modified 15 and 5 to 16 and 6 because OCD)

Round 3
The Nines (but first a bit of can-can while we catch our breath)
Mosey to the Evil Wall with a bit of Bear Crawl thrown in. 9,6,and 3 muscle ups with a run around the tree between.

Time killer:
– Mosey to the Chuck Norris Memorial Alcove (sponsored by D9 Brewery) for some Plank Jacks, Hand release Merkins and WWII's
– Lunge walk back of school, sprint, Google Bun Shapers
– To the track for a quick 100-sh meter sprint around the bend and then mosey back to Mary with a Monkey-Humper break.
