Alright, getting a little used to a 5:30am wake up call for a 6:30am virtual beat down.  Shout out to Burn Bootcamp, ( I stole this workout from their Saturday Zoom boot camp with the M )  and to the other 6 PAX that tuned in live this morning.  Great to see everyone in their own environments working out social distancing and working out as a group.
