Mosey to switzerland from the street side for some warm-o-rama…25 SSH’s IC, 15 IST’s IC, 10 Backdraft Saturday nights x 10, 15 Mtn climbers IC, forward/reverse arm circles x 10 IC…mosey out of switzerland on the “U” side and back towards AO with a stop at QIC’s truck and grab your big brick paver…mosey to parking deck for the THANG..

THANG:
1st Set: 30 merkins, 30 Squats w/coupon, 30 LBC’s, 10 Burpees, 10 coupon curls…run a lap (lap was from parking deck into and through switerland and back to parking deck)
2nd Set: 30 merkins, 30 Mtn climbers, 30 Low flutters IC, 10 Burpees, 10 coupon curls..run a lap
3rd Set: 30 merkins, 30 Star Jumps, 30 Supermans, 10 Burpees, 10 coupon curls…run a lap
4th Set: 30 merkins, 30 Lunges w/coupon, 30 Hello Dollies IC, 10 Burpees, 10 Coupon curls…run a lap…Rinse and repeat

Prayers/Announcements: Passport challenge has begun…good opportunity to meet new pax and possibly get some new beat down ideas.

Moleskin: QIC woke up as normal and as I was dressing I had a weird feeling I was the Q for the day and looked on slack and what do you know…I was the Q today!  So much for the long thought out beat down…fortunately I just picked one of my old trusty ripped up card board beat downs, known as a Modified MARSOC, out of the trunk and I was off.  Backdraft always comes in hot…blowing horn and dreaming of the days he was young, but still ugly, in the 80’s blasting Def Leopard or some other big hair band but always limps away from the beat downs.  QIC held Java off for the first 2 sets and then I either faded or he warmed up which doesn’t make sense it takes him longer to warm up since he’s 11 years my younger.  All pax performed honorably and had some shedding gear which is always a good thing….usual crew for coffee and we continue to solve world problems which would begin with the media shutting up about the coronabeervirus…
