The morning started out clear and brisk but YHC knew that the Dawgs would take advantage of this and show up.  8 other PAX, including a FNG, showed up and were ready to go when YHC rolled into the lot.  The clock hit 0530 so off we went.  It went like this…..

1st station:  Sumo squats, curls, presses   10-15-20-25-30

2nd station:  Handstand merkins, people’s chair toe touches   8-9-10-11-12

3rd station:  Flutter kicks, American hammers   10-20-30-40-50

Run approximately 1/8 mile between each station.  PAX got through almost 4 rounds.

–Welcome out Palletjack(FNG Austin).  He definitely brings down the average age of the PAX!!!–

–Great to see Rerun back out after some time off.  Looked like he hadn’t missed a step and breezed through the beatdown.

–Great push by all!!!  YHC realized that the run between made the letter M so the title of the beatdown was settled.
