As site Q for Metal, YHC messaged Booyah last night to see if he was good for his Friday Q.  At which time the Yah that is Boo explained that some real virus (not the fartsac version that has been plaguing Mint Hill of late) hit his office and he was stuck filling in.  In true Booyah form he committed that even with having to stay at work until 2am, if no one could take his Q spot, he would still make the 0530 launch and stand tall as assigned Q.  Total respect!  That’s a true HIM.  Thank you Booyah for setting the example.  You sir, take care of you business and we will stand in the gap.  We all have your back.
YHC rolled up early with a rough idea for a People’s Q Metal format only to see another true HIM standing ready.  Othello was on site and fully prepared to take the reigns as well.  We planted the MH Metal flag and circled up for some quick discussion, passing out of bells to those in need, and a poor disclaimer.  What happened next looked something like this:

Capri Lap:

– SSH (20x)

– IW (15x)

– Happy Appy (15x)

– Grandpa Jacks (10x)

– Cotton Pickers (10x)

Tha Thang

– YHC had a dry erase board ready and everyone gave their favorite KB style exercises.  That became our winkie.  (See picture). We ran through in Ciabatta style 40 on 20 off for 10 exercises.  Then we repeated.  Then we repeated again – you know to mix it up. Mary:

– Mixed Mary that included American Hammer, WWII, and flutter presses

NMM:

– Remember all those absent

– Come to Pour 64 on Saturday for M&Ms fund raiser and car show (the old ‘74 might make an appearance).

– Gopher and Babe, great showing today!  Looking strong gentlemen.
