With @Skipper out of town, YHC being unable to run, @Dutch being on perma-doc-orders to not run, and @Sterling being several minutes late today. @Frostbite showed up at seeing no Murph on the calendar and we ended up doing a people’s Q. I did have us carry bells to the bars where we did do many many types of pull ups, merkins, and squats to keep with the theme of the day. A good workout was had, many jokes were made, and I found I can’t currently do lunges due to whatever this pain in my foot is.
