Pain at Bain
YHC arrived at the parking lot to see a lot of cars, but not as many PAX. Today’s weather a lot of warmth in it, it is not raining and not too wet.
At 5:30 lousy disclaimer given and off we go.
Brief run around a parking lot followed with the following exercises:
- SSH x 20 IC
- IW x 20 IC
- Windmill x 15 IC
- Happy Appy x 15 IC
- Plank Jacks x 15 IC
Start at the beginning of a road that goes behind the Bain school.
- Bear Crawl to “FIRE” and 10 merkins
- Crab Walk to “LANE” and 10 LBCs
- Run to “FIRE” and 10 LSS
- Repeat, until we are back in front of the school.
As we reached the bus parking lot there was extra credit waiting for us:
- 10 Mike Tysons (oh they were so good last Saturday)
- 20 Dips
- 30 LSS
- 40 People’s Chair Airpresses (Chest presses?)
Then run a lap around a lap, and repeat until time is called
Six inches for 60 seconds, WWIIs(twice), Flutter, and something else that I missed.
As we approaching 6:15 am. We see another 4 PAX running. Chum supporting Toughskin’s ironman training, while HeadNShoulders supporting with M&M with his prep for the Boston marathon.
Please pray for the following individuals:
Blue Crush has an outpatient surgery this Thursday with a planned recovery of approximately 12 weeks.
The Body is doing better with pain management, while still trying to narrow down how to proceed forward with possible treatments (unless I have old info)
Crabs and Hornet are recovering from their injuries.
HighChair lost his father recently
Great to see Packman in the morning knowing that his son might have woke up in the middle of the night.
Good to see Othello Vortex come by even when you crab-walking/bear crawling…
Silas is back in town after the beach vacation. (is it a vacation if you paint walls during it?)
Gopher keeps showing up to every workout… interesting…
Last time YHC lead at bain in was Blue Crash, and Spackler.
Spackler we need you back!
There will be a fundraiser at Pour 64 in Mint Hill on Saturday, February 29th, starting at 4:30 pm by M&M for his fund for Boston Marathon.
