7 and a troll gathered on a crisp, but dry, morning to see what the Q had in store for day 2 of his consecutive beatdowns….
Mosey to Circle of Honor for SSH’s x 25 IC, IST’s x 15 IC, Slow BD Saturday Nights x 10 IC, & Forward/Reverse arm circles….mosey to West Ave abruptly stopping at the first wall area that QIC would work for today’s beatdown and partner up.
DORA, while one partner is performing following exercises the timer partner runs down west ave past the Red light district to next street and back.
Round 1: 50 burpee wall jumps (is exactly what it sounds like, perform burpee and on the jump portion jump up approximately 2-3 foot wall, repeat)
Round 2: 100 V-ups
Round 3: 200 merkins
Round 4: 100 Core killers
Round 5: 50 burpee wall jumps
Mary called at approx 0607…mosey back to AO for some broga, Down Dog to Cobra to Child’s pose.

Moleskin: Glad the rain no showed this am and we could all remain dry. Great group even though I’ve had to see BD 3 days in a row. He thinks I take Thursday off for resting my body but in actuality it’s to get a day off from being around him. Missing the Burgh who “sold himself” for money this week to our research center and is the 3rd such pax to do so…missing Gunny and Sir Topham too. Gunny is better now but had to show at work early for the man and we’re just hoping that Sir Topham comes back from Daytona in one piece and doesn’t bring anything back with him that he can’t wash off. I’m pretty sure that Squid and Big Country wanted to choke me out when I explained the burpee wall jumps but they managed to get through them. Heard some chatter between chicken strip having skinny arms vs Grandmaster being heavier than chicken strip made merkins harder for one vs the other….not sure who won the argument. Trying to continue to push my nephew, Risky Business, who is coming along quickly but you should when you’re only 20. Last but not least is Hurdle who admittedly took a couple weeks off from F3 but continued to run but it’s always more fun with more guys so hopefully the fartsack won’t win anymore for a while.
