3 had no ombrophobia and overcame all obstacles to post on a warm rainy February morning and celebrated YHC’s 6th year anniversary at Tradition. Here’s how we celebrated “6” years:

F3 has been a gift to me. I was EH’d by Number 1 and my first Beatdown was at Highland Creek. Around that time the Tradition AO was started by @Dingo and I joined Tradition because it was closer to where I lived. The gift of F3 has been the men of F3. Any man that has ever posted with me has been a gift to me just by your mere presence and whether you spoke or not, your presence mattered. When I started at F3 I was in a turbulent time in my life. My career had taken a U turn and my faith in God and my faith in people had taken a hit. I liked the fact that F3 had recently talked up the importance of mental health and how men struggle with mental health. I have had a life-long struggle with depression, depression runs in my family. I don’t take medication but really I do because F3 is my medication. Perhaps F3 is your medication too and your mental health, like mine, is better because of F3. I have never had a time in my life when I have been consistently fit for 6 years. My M knows how much F3 has benefited me, probably like your M. In honor of my 6 year anniversary I spent $100 to promote the Tradition AO on Facebook. If one man joins as a result, it will be worth it to me. I opened a gym because I wanted to contribute to the physical, mental and emotional health of others. My gym is F3 for people who can’t make it to a Beatdown at 5.30am or who don’t like to workout in all weather or who are not men. As for me, I will continue to post at Beatdowns in all weather like this morning, like a regular Irish day. I hope to be posting in 10 years and beyond.
