For the first run day of 2020 i decided to venture up some new roads…no warm and we were off.

Head up Main Street crossing over loop and past the school which is typically as far north as we go but we continued up the street until reaching North Kannapolis Methodist church and we ran around the parking lot and back south again. Hung a quick right on W 13th and a quick left on walnut which lead us to a parking lot at Woodrow Wilson for our first pain station which were 10 leg climbers IC each leg. Continuing on what was now W 9th which eventually led us W 8th where we hung a right and headed towards Goldston. Climb goldston and left on elm up to the church parking lot for another pain station which was slow Freddie merks x 10 IC…back down elm and goldston and up oval. Headed down loop to Vance and did halfway up and back staying on West Ave when we got back up. Headed to AO to finish off with some more ab work…

Mary…honestly can’t remember since it’s been 3 days since we did this and we’re in the middle of moving so I’m out of sorts but knowing me I know it was good…I think there was even another pain station in there too but can’t remember that either…hahaha
