Fantastic 4 showed up for the last day run day of the year for Kannon and were greeted with 68 temps and a warm breeze….wait…68 degrees and only 4 posting!!??  Oh well, fartsack had to be cold in comparison.

Quick mosey to circle of honor for 10 SSH’s IC, 10 IST’s IC, and some calf stretches since a few of us still had sore calves from Saturday beatdown.

The Run…Indian run starting from circle of honor across railroad tracks hanging a right on Ridge ave….continue this until corner of dale and perform 10 LBC’s IC, 10 Freddie merks IC, and 10’low flutters IC…no more Indian run but hang right on Dale to Vance for a repeat of the Ab exercises from before. Vance at suicides were next…when done pick up the six. Quick 10 count and head up west Avenue for and stopping somewhere for more Ab exercises. Head back to AO and we were almost at 3.5 so ran a bit more to get there and back to AO…repeato of Ab routine but all in a 20 IC count to finish off.

Prayers/announcements: prayers for traveling pax, gremlin coming up

Moleskin: where in the world was everyone??  Almost too hot and humid for running but all 4 pax made it through unscathed…Big Country mentioned how grateful he is that he found F3 and how it’s been good for him.  Also admitted he will never be a fast runner and I can tell he doesn’t like Indian runs or hills…HAHA.  He was heading off to hit the slopes in WV and I’m sure he skis faster down hill than even the big man can run.  We love having you out there unlike backdraft…speaking of backdraft when does he leave again..?!
