8 gathered with the older Fire Chicken for his first beatdown at the ripe old age of 41….allowed about 30 extra sec past 0530 in the hopes that a fellow fowl named pax or perhaps our MQ would post for the birthday bash but…they did not…

Warm-up: mosey up to top of deck for SSH’s x 41 IC, slow backdraft Saturday nights x 10 IC, IST’s x 15 IC, and some arm circles.  Mosey down stairs and to the coupon pile for the Thang…

The Thang: all pax instructed to pick up cinder block or iron plate and mosey to AO corner. Partner up for some ladder work.  First ladder was 1:10 starting with 1 curl at corner dropping coupon and run to opposite corner on Main Street for 10 core killers…instructed pax to stay with partner…once completed pick up the six. Ladder 2 was 1:10 starting with 1 skull crusher dropping coupon and run to parking deck entrance for 10 star jumps…this time pax could go at own pace…pick up six when completed. Mary called

Moleskin: about 25 degrees, no wind, but warmed up  quickly.  Lots of different chatter about things like penn st b-ball ranked higher than UNC, the invasion of the mighty HOKIES into the state of Texas to steal their recruits ????????, and some “wrasslin” thrown in there as well. To top it off catfish admitted he’d rather have b-ball continue to dominate vs their football team rise and the b-ball team demise…I secretly recorded this so HOKIES can use this against them for recruiting in NC. Great coffee time and discussed how many ways amazon has figured out how to make money and how autonomous cars will take over uber and Lyft. Appreciate those who could make it…and don’t for the ones who didn’t…HAHAHA!
